OUR PRE-CUSTOMIZED THEMES
CHOOSE YOUR OWN THEME: (applies to all packages, EXCEPT, the “My Way” package)
If we do not offer your theme preference, no worries! We will select the perfect party decor to coordinate with your specific theme. There is a $65 decorations and accessories fee associated with this option. (This fee is subject to increase depending on the complexity of your theme). Should there be an increase, our staff will contact you, prior to making any purchases, for written pre-approval.
- All items purchased will remain the property of Java Mama.
* Guests are welcome to purchase their own decorations and accessories, and we are happy to decorate the space with your items, at no additional charge. Simply, bring us your items twenty four (24) hours, prior to your party date, during normal business hours, and we will take care of the rest. * There is an additional fee of $2, per balloon, for all helium balloons.
A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date/time. The deposit will be applied to the final balance. If you would like more than one party theme, a $25.00 fee will apply.
